Reserve classroom, pool or pavilions
As an instructor, you can reserve our classroom, pool or any of our nine pavilions online, 24/7. Some things to be aware of going in:
- There is no charge to use the small classroom or any of the pavilions; however, if you need to cancel, you must do so as soon as possible so that these facilities can become available to others.
- To reserve pavilions 1 through 7 you will need a total of six people. For pavilions 8 and 9 you need a total of twelve people.
- The pool is available in two-hour time blocks, starting at 8:00 am. The cost, per student, is $5.50. You must pay for a minimum of three students. Thus, the minimum charge for a two-hour block of pool time is $16.50. If you fail to show, we will charge your card for the value of the lost time.
- The system will allow you to reserve a specific pavilion or a specific block of pool time. The button at the bottom of the page will take you to our reservtion website.
Quirks
The reservation software we use is designed for managing hotels and resorts, not dive sites. This results in a few quirks.
- The software assumes that, like a hotel, you are staying overnight. This is why you have to designate a Check Out date that is the day following when you will actually be using the facility.
- Even though there is no charge for using the small classroom or pavilions, the system will require you enter a valid credit card number to secure your reservations. Don’t worry; nothing will be charged to your card unless you reserve pool time and fail to show up.
During normal business hours, it may be easier just to call the store to make reservations. It’s your call. Call us anyway if you have questions.
