Susan Pagan

Susan’s is the face most people associate with Blue Grotto. She is the most visible of the Grotto’s management team.

Susan oversees the day-to-day operations at the Grotto. You may find her checking in divers, taking reservations, answering questions and more. There is very little going on at the Grotto that Susan can’t do.

Originally from south Florida, Susan has been a Williston area resident for over two decades. She is a certified diver with more than 100 dives under her belt.

In addition to diving the Florida Springs, Susan has been to Caribbean destinations such as Cozumel. Her favorite dive is a Galaxy Dive, where we turn the Grotto cavern into a sea of stars. When not diving, Susan enjoys camping, four-wheeling and fishing.

Susan says the favorite part of her job is meeting new people, sharing their fun and excitement, and being part of their adventures.
