If you have been to Blue Grotto recently, you undoubtedly noticed our newly constructed greenhouse. It, the hydroponics field and the troughs in which we will be growing a variety of berries are all part of Blue Grotto Farms. This is one of many companies that operate under the Blue Grotto brand.
Our biggest non-diving endeavor is one you don’t see: Blue Grotto Beef. We have nearly 500 acres on which we organically raise cattle, free from hormones, chemicals and anything that is not 100 percent natural.
We actively manage the grazing of our cattle to avoid overfeeding and provide our cattle with a natural grazing experience. This is good for both the cattle and the land. Our bucolic pastures have plentiful shade trees, water troughs and ponds so our cattle can keep cool.
Our cattle are subjected to minimal stress over their lifespan, leading to better beef quality and yielding healthy and happy cattle.
You’ve no doubt noticed how expensive grocery store beef has become. However, you can get better-quality beef and save money by dealing directly with us. We sell whole, half, quarter and eighth cows, expertly butchered to your specifications. To learn more, just visit the Blue Grotto Beef website.
